Over the past few years, I have also worked with the Hong Kong Transport Department and ARUP on a user research and wayfinding design project, in which I contributed my knowledge to test and advise on a new wayfinding system for Hong Kong.In addition to consulting projects in information design, I also work with different professional organisations such as the two heritage conservation units PMQ Shopping Centre and Warehouse Youth Centre, conducting Inquired-based learning with my students.
